Cakes have now evolved from simple party necessities to elaborate edible works of art. What used to take an afternoon to make, now extends to days and even weeks- just to make that custom cake for that special event.
Some people call it a luxury, some a status symbol... cakes that WOW have definitely taken their rightful place in the party ... and it's center stage !
I once longed to have such artistic cakes for my own events, and after realizing it was more than my budget would allow, I started learning to make them. It has been over two years since I first started baking and making cakes.
